What Is CJC1295+IPAMORELIN BLEND 2MG/2MG?
Ipamorelin is one of the most selective growth hormone secretagogues. It binds to the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor and stimulates the release of growth hormone. It has been shown to stimulate insulin release from the pancreas. Furthermore, it boosts bone health, accelerates muscle repair and improves gastric motility and function [1, 2, 3].
CJC-1295 also stimulates the release of growth hormone, but its mechanism of action is a bit different. It binds to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor instead of the ghrelin receptor. Research on animal models shows that CJC-1295 has the potential to treat growth hormone deficiency disorder [4]. Moreover, it has been shown to induce weight loss, boost muscle growth, promote youthful appearance, improve sleep and accelerate injury healing [5].
These two peptides have the potential to enhance the effect when combined together due to their different mechanism of action. Ipamorelin elevates baseline levels of growth hormone, whereas CJC-1295 imitates the body's natural process by releasing growth hormone in a pulsatile manner, leading to heightened peaks and troughs [6]. Combining these two peptides would result in a higher set point for a flow of GH.
