SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped USPS if Domestic and will be shipped either Fedex or EMS for international. All orders placed before 1:00pm EST for in stock items will be shipped the same day!
All orders placed after 1:00pm EST on business days will ship the next business day.
Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the usps system and register.

FREE SHIPPING OPTION
We offer a free shipping option for domestic USA over $200.00. Due to the increased cost of international shipping we can only offer this to our USA domestic customers.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all peptides and research chemicals to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
If by chance the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost - shipping - 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be dilligent and keep track of your orders progress through the mail system.
We do not have a reship policy. Most countries including the USA and Canada have no problem with peptides/research materials as long as they are properly declared (which we do). We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs doesnt return the products to us we cant issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country then try to get them to send it back to us and we will refund you minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Due to our strict quality control standards and the delicate nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Our customer support team is available to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our product quality, support, and delivery. To cancel your order, please send an email before shipment. Chargebacks will not be tolerated due to our above policy for handling all issues. We will treat chargebacks as fraud and will pursue legal action if a chargeback is initiated to the full extent of the law. Before considering a chargeback, please contact us and we guarantee fast immediate resolution whether it be replacement products or same day / next day refunds.
