What Is FRAGMENT 176-191- 5MG?
Fragment 176-191, also known as AOD9604, is a synthetic peptide derived from fragment 176-191 at the C-terminus of human growth hormone. It is sometimes referred to as a lipolytic fragment of growth hormone as this part is associated with fat metabolism. Research shows that it lowers blood glucose levels without altering insulin sensitivity. It also stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis.
The research involving frag 176-191 is limited. Studies show that it has a similar mechanism of action as AOD9604. AOD9604 is another fragment (177-191) of the human growth hormone that binds to GH receptors and produces a GH-like effect on the metabolism of cartilage without stimulating the proliferation of cells. It is available as a research chemical and is not approved by FDA. At Pinnacle Peptides, Fragment 176-191 for sale is exclusively available for qualified researchers.

Pre-Clinical/Clinical Research
1. Frag 176-191 and Fat loss
Studies on animal models show that lipolytic fragments of the human growth hormone can induce fat-burning and weight loss. One study in obese Zucker rats was conducted to assess its lipolytic effect. The subjects were given AOD9604 of 500 microg/kg body weight or placebo for 19 days. The results found that the treatment group observed a 50% reduction in weight gain as compared to the control group. The data suggests that the lipolytic fragment of growth hormone might have the potential to be developed into a safe oral dose for obesity [1].
In another study, chronic administration of AOD9604 for 14 days reduced body weight and body fat in obese mice. Further, this synthetic fragment increased the repressed expression of beta-3 adrenergic receptors in obese mice to levels comparable to those found in lean mice. The activation of these receptors stimulates fat burning in adipose tissue and enhances thermogenesis in skeletal muscles. Mice with no gene for beta-3 adrenergic receptors didn’t experience changes in body composition or an increase in lipolysis [2].
2. Frag 176-191 and Diabetes
Research shows that the lipolytic fragment of human growth hormone might benefit diabetes. A study was conducted to examine the effect of fragments of growth hormone, involving frag 176-191, on glucose levels. The researchers found that out of all tested fragments, 176-191 was most effective for lowering blood sugar levels. This effect was secondary to an increase in the levels of plasma insulin and reduced insulin sensitivity [3].
3. Frag 176-191 and Cartilage Regeneration
Research indicates that the C- terminus peptide of human growth hormone might promote cartilage regeneration. One study investigated the effect of intra-articular injections of AOD906 with or without hyaluronic acid in a knee osteoarthritis rabbit model. Subjects were given either saline, hyaluronic acid, AOD9604 or AOD9604 with hyaluronic acid. The results indicated that AOD9604 enhanced cartilage regeneration and its combination with hyaluronic acid had an even more pronounced effect [4].
Summary
Frag 176-191 is a modified form of the human growth hormone fragment 176-191 at the C-terminus. Research shows that it might be able to induce fat and weight loss in obese persons, promote cartilage regeneration and benefit diabetic people. The current research on this topic is quite limited; however, there is significant potential for further exploration and investigation. It is a research molecule, which means you can only purchase fragment 176-191 for research. If you are wondering where to buy fragment 176-191, shop from Pinnacle Peptides to elevate your research.
