CJC-1295 and GHRP-2 are synthetic peptides that boost growth hormone release via different mechanisms. CJC-1295 binds to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor while GHRP-2 acts on the growth hormone growth secretagogue/ghrelin receptor. Both of these compounds have been tested extensively in different animal models.

CJC-1295 has been studied for its role in influencing markers associated with aging, sleep patterns, body composition, and recovery processes in controlled research settings [1]. It has also been investigated for its effects on pathways related to muscle development and physical performance. Similarly, GHRP-2 has been examined for comparable biological activity. Research shows that GHRP-2 can increase food intake and reduce cardiac remodeling following myocardial infarction [2, 3, 4]. Besides showing cardioprotective effects, it has been shown to suppress inflammation and prevent the release of IL-6 levels [5].
