We 100% delivery guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason your package doesn’t reach the address you provided at checkout, we will reship your order at no cost to you (We ask you allow up to 45 days for delivery to ensure your parcel has not simply been delayed).
Parcel delivery time depends on many various factors including the delivery method chosen, customs clearance out of the US and inbound into your country (if applicable), mail sorting facilities, transit, weather, and the final destination. Our approximation of shipping times is based on info provided by the USPS, therefore it is impossible for us to guarantee the delivery time-frame of your order. All quoted times are approximations and are not binding.
As soon as you place your order, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email and place your order in Que for packing and delivery. If your order is placed before 1PM (EST) your package will usually ship that same day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you chose an expedited shipping method, your order is advanced in the Que for faster processing. All orders will leave our various USA hubs within 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our service email with your tracking info (when applicable).
Buyer is solely responsible for any taxation, VAT, duties or other applicable fees associated with importing goods into their country. Buyer pays any and all such fees. Any parcels not delivered due to either non-payment of above mentioned fees, the customer entering an incorrect shipping address or the customer being unavailable will NOT be eligible for our Delivery Guarantee. Any parcel confirmed delivered by the carrier’s online tracking system, but claimed to be missing, will NOT be covered by the this Delivery Guarantee. We cannot guarantee against theft of packages after they’ve been delivered.
After one unsuccessful delivery attempts we will offer to reship one last time or refund you less shipping fees and 20% of your purchase price.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot grant refunds or exchanges (partial refunds may be offered for unsuccessful deliveries, see above). All sales are final.
We do not ship to Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, India, The Philippines or Thailand.
International orders may be split into separate parcels to avoid shipping complications at Pinnacle Peptides' discretion. Pinnacle Peptides will cover any extra shipping fees associated with this.
