Ipamorelin is one of the most selective growth hormone secretagogues. It binds to the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor and stimulates the release of growth hormone. It has also been studied for its interaction with insulin secretion pathways in the pancreas. Also, in experimental studies, Ipamorelin has been evaluated for its impact on bone markers, muscle repair mechanisms and gastric motility parameters[1, 2, 3].
CJC-1295 also stimulates the release of growth hormone, but its mechanism of action is a bit different. It binds to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor instead of the ghrelin receptor. Research on animal models shows that CJC-1295 has the potential to treat growth hormone deficiency disorder [4]. Moreover, it has been investigated in research settings for its association with changes in body-composition markers, muscle-related signaling pathways, age-associated physiological indicators, sleep-related parameters, and biological processes involved in tissue recovery. [5].
These two peptides have the potential to enhance the effect when combined together due to their different mechanism of action. Ipamorelin elevates baseline levels of growth hormone, whereas CJC-1295 imitates the body's natural process by releasing growth hormone in a pulsatile manner, leading to heightened peaks and troughs [6]. Combining these two peptides would result in a higher set point for a flow of GH.

The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Research Blend co-delivers 2mg of CJC-1295 No DAC (GHRH receptor agonist) and 2mg of Ipamorelin (GHSR-1a agonist) in a single co-lyophilised vial, engaging distinct receptor systems reflecting the complementary dual-pathway architecture of the GH secretion signalling cascade.
Used in in vitro research examining combined pharmacodynamics of GHRH receptor and GHSR-1a co-activation, cooperative cAMP accumulation assays, and receptor cross-talk studies in cell line models co-expressing both receptors.
Both components independently synthesised at 99%+ purity, precision-combined and co-lyophilised at Pinnacle Peptides USA facility. HPLC and Mass Spectrometry verified Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Store at -20C.
